THE PROBLEM
Core Web Vitals scores were affecting search placement across a large client base. Accessibility was being cleaned up per project, which meant the same handful of problems came back on every new one.
WHAT I BUILT
- Fixed Web Vitals at the platform level. One improvement, applied everywhere, instead of the same fix 60 times.
- Tuned frontend delivery with Vite: smaller bundles, less blocking work on the critical path.
- Moved accessibility into the shared components. Keyboard support, focus handling, and semantics now arrive with the component.
- Measured real before-and-after. Synthetic scores alone weren't convincing anyone.
OUTCOME
- SEO and UX gains across 60+ client organizations, with numbers behind them.
- Accessibility stopped being per-project cleanup and became a property of the components.
- Web Vitals became a tracked number, not something we found out about during an audit.
